1.Put one band on each foot and position feet into a lunge position
2. Place the stick across the right shoulder, holding the stick in front with the left hand
3. Place the palm of the right hand underneath the stick with the elbow lifted above the shoulder
4. Extend the elbow
5. Repeat on the left side
