1.Stand on stick with heels placed on stick and toes turned out
2. Stand up straight with scapula retracted and elbows positioned close to the torso
3. Wrap the exercise bands around the hands so that they are not too loose at the end of the movement
4. Rotate torso to one side, keeping the lower body still.
