Tempaus gysmtickillä
1. Starting position: overhand grip, pelvis lowered, Gymstick near legs, straight back, grip slightly wider than shoulders, chest front, arms straight
2. Upward movement phase to thighs: lift the stick up near your legs, straight back, arms straight
3. Upward movement from thighs to full arm extension: keep the stick close to the body, elbows lead the pull + raise to toes, extending arms and going under the gymstick when bending knees
