2. Upper body bent forward
3. Row with mainly with shoulders
4. Pull gymstick close to your pelvis with overhand grip
5. Roll exercise bands tight below your knees (the bands may be stretched 3x original height)
6. Bring shoulder-blades close to each other at the end
